The bed was really comfortable, we slept great every night. Everything was clean and the room was aired when we checked in, so never needed to use the AC. The room had a massive window, which is nice in the day time but you can block the light completely at night. Shower's water pressure is great. The staff was always very nice and helpful. Breakfast is big, varied and good in a buffet style and was included with the price. Everyday they have something slightly different. I thought coffe wasn't great, but juices were tasty. They have a tennis court, a gym and a pool. We only used the gym which was nothing out of the ordinary but it was ok for a quick workout. It wasn't easy to find though, so make sure to ask at the reception. Wifi signal was really strong.

The only disappointing thing that as a solo traveller I booked this hotel mainly for the pool, but only got to know a week before arrival that they were doing maintenance work and was out of use, which was very disappointing

The staff was wonderful, professional and accommodating. Every question was answered promptly, they were helpful in giving advice or direction, and they spoke English which I was grateful for.

Breakfast was great! I asked if we could enter a little early due to a meeting and they let us in with no problems. The staff was really helpful with all the info we needed about restaurants and places to visit.

Big hotel with great breakfast. Rooms were spacious. Shower was great.
